Kuta Beach Club Hotel, Kuta (Bali)

The hotel's location near various restaurants and shops makes it convenient for shopping, but the room had an unpleasant smell of mould/stagnant water and was also too small for 3 people. However, the rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel had a unique atmosphere that made us feel a bit uncomfortable, with some eerie sounds and creaks heard, but the rooms were very clean and didn't have the expected minibar extras. Being close to the restaurant could be a downside for some.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of all the action with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms, although spacious, suffered from noise disturbances due to poor insulation. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very attentive while others seemed preoccupied. The dining experience left much to be desired with a lack of variety and hygiene issues. Overall, the facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms, although spacious and recently refurbished with modern sliding doors, were a bit of a letdown as I had requested a specific room but received a double bed due to noise and a poor pool view. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially considering the challenging times. The location was serene and perfect for relaxing, offering easy access to various activities. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some excellent options and others feeling repetitive. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
